What to Bring

Pictures of what your Soil Camper should bring to the Head Smashed-In Buffalo Jump site:

water bottle, hat, light jacket, long pants to protect legs and closed-toed shoes (you may see a scorpion in outside areas), and garbage bag.

Please have your Soil Camper’s name printed on their trash bag. Your Camper will be asked to take their own litter home as they learn the importance of showing care and respect for the Land.

Transportation Information

Soil Camp Bus Rules

Hi Soil Campers:

We are providing 🚌 transportation for you all. But if you are on the bus, you have to take following actions for safety. Otherwise we cannot offer bus.

1. Don’t stand up when the bus is moving
2. You can eat and drink on the bus but please do so safely (candies can be a choking hazard).
3. Don’t change seats when the bus is moving
4. Don’t throw garbage on the floor (put it in your garbage bag)
